Members of this working group include legislative and public policy analysts, lobbyists, politicians, legislative staffers, and community organizations with a specialization in criminal justice reform, women's rights, drug policy, elder care, children's rights, poverty, civil liberties and sentencing reform. This group will also include grassroots activists, such as groups of formerly incarcerated women and the children of incarcerated parents.

This working group will discuss legislative and community strategies to reform drug policies, laws and sentencing schemes that negatively impact women and their families and conceptualize ways to influence policy and lawmakers' to formulate fair and just responses to women's drug involvement.
